In this step-by-step guide you’ll learn how to automatically tag conversations in Front using Levity’s Front integration.

Step 1: Go to your text classifier and start the setup in the “connect” tab

Step 2: Follow the instructions in the setup wizard

• Create an API token here: https://app.frontapp.com/settings/developers/tokens

• Paste the API token in the Levity setup wizard

• Map your labels from the Levity text classifier (AI Block) to tags in Front

• Copy the Webhook URL (you need this in the next step)

• Finish the wizard setup in Levity

Step 3: Create an automation rule in Front’s settings

Go to settings

Click on “Rules” and then “Add a rule”

Choose “Custom rule”

Set up your custom rule

• When → “Inbound message is received”

• If → “Conversation is in {YOUR_INBOX}” (this is an optional filter)

• Then → “Send to a Webhook” (here you need to paste the Webhook URL from Levity)

• Click on “Create rule”

• Done!

Step 4: Test the connection

Now you’re good to go 🎉
