We have a few ways to get support and help on all questions related to the Levity app.

When logged into your Levity account, click the purple question mark icon in the bottom right of your screen, and select Chat with support. You can also book a call with us from this menu.
We can also help you to gather more data if needed - just reach out to us on our in-app chat:
Email us any time at firstname.lastname@example.org. This inbox is shared by our customer team, so you'll get a response pretty quickly.

The Support Toggle
When logged into your account, you have the option to let our support team access your workspace to help troubleshoot issues you may be having. We do not have access to your account or uploaded data by default.
To do this, click your details in the top left corner and click the toggle to ON.
Be sure to toggle this back to OFF once your support session has concluded to maintain control of who can access your account.
