How do I get support from Levity?

AI Assistant or Live Chat

When logged into your Levity account, click the purple question mark icon in the bottom right of your screen, and choose between instant AI support, or human-based live chat. You can also book a call with us from this menu.

Video Call

Schedule a support video call with us by grabbing a time with us here.

The Support Toggle

When logged into your account, you have the option to let our support team access your workspace to help troubleshoot issues you may be having. We do not have access to your account or uploaded data by default.

To do this, click your details in the top left corner and click the toggle to ON.

Be sure to toggle this back to OFF once your support session has concluded to maintain control of who can access your account.
