1. Create a new Flow

2. Select Front as the trigger (new conversation started)

3. Connect your Front account

4. Set up the rest of the Flow
You might want to extract certain information from the incoming email with a Levity AI Block and push it to your CRM or classify the email and update fields in Front.

5. Publish your Flow

Congrats! When you publish a Flow it will check for new messages every minute and process them automatically in the background according to the logic you have defined. You can come back and edit this Flow any time.
