We recently relaxed the requirements for a business email when signing up for a Levity account, which means you are now able to log in with your @gmail account. While you will have full access to our features, some may not work correctly due to how Google allows authentications. Here are a list of those limitations:
Gmail import tool: You will not be able to allow permissions to a personal inbox. If you wish to import your personal emails from Gmail, you will need to use another tool such as Google Takeout to download your data and be able to import it as a Spreadsheet. These steps are a little more involved, so reach out to our support team if you need help with this.

Gmail Flows: You will not be able to activate any of Levityβs pre-built Flows with your personal Gmail. If you wish to build a workflow that involves tagging emails in your personal inbox, this can be instead done with Zapier. Reach out to our support team for the steps on how to do this.
