How and when to get support as a Levity customer Support Plans

At, we believe in empowering our users with the tools and support they need to make the most of our AI automation platform.

We currently offer support coverage spanning two key time zones: Germany (Central European Time) and the United States (Eastern Time). Our dedicated support team is available Monday through Friday, from 9am to 5pm in both of these time zones. Whether you're starting your day with a fresh cup of coffee in Berlin or wrapping up a busy afternoon in New York, we're here to assist you.

We offer three distinct support plans to cater to a variety of requirements:

1. Basic Support

Our Basic Support plan is included in the Startup Plan.

  • Scheduled Video Call Support: Sometimes, it's easier to talk things through face-to-face. With Priority Support, you can schedule video calls with our support team as needed. It's like having a tech expert on speed dial.

3. Platinum Support

Our Platinum Support plan is included in the Enterprise Plan.

It's our highest level of support, designed to provide you with personalized, round-the-clock assistance. Here's what it includes:

  • Unlimited Email, Live Chat, and On-Demand Video Call Support: With Platinum Support, you get unlimited access to our support team via video, email, and live chat. Our goal is to respond to all written inquiries within a 10-minute window, and to schedule you for the next available video call slot. This way, we ensure that you receive the assistance you need exactly when you need it.
  • Out of Hours Support Availability: For those times when you need support outside of our standard operating hours (Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm), we've got you covered. Please note that Out of Hours Support requires an additional fee and must be requested in advance. This allows us to ensure that a member of our support team is available to assist you when you need it.
  • Dedicated Success Manager: You'll have a dedicated success manager who will be your main point of contact for all your support needs. They'll work closely with you to ensure you're getting the most out of
